How do I use the PlantIn app?
You can install the app in App Store or Google Play. Also, the PlantIn is available on web via myplantin.com
How do I get access to the app?
Just login in the app with your credentials received in email. A mail with a temporary password and download links to App Store and Google Play was sent to your inbox. Just install the app, and you will be able to access your account. In case of any issues, contact our support via: support@myplantin.com
How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel the subscription, click the "Cancel" button in your account settings which will be provided after the subscription start. And don’t forget to cancel 24h before the end date! Otherwise, the payment for the next period will be made automatically.
